Orders from 50€ value of goods and within Germany we deliver free of shipping costs. Below that it costs 3,90€.

• DE Standard shipping: 4-6 business days
• DE Prio shipping: 2-4 business days (extra charge of 6,90€)
• DE Express: 1-2 business days (surcharge of 19.90€)

Orders within Europe (eg Austria) we deliver from 8.90 € shipping.

• EU standard shipping: 6-8 business days
• EU Prio shipping: 4-6 business days (extra charge of 11,90€)

Return

• We are happy to take back non-personalized products within 14 days. However, the cost of the return must be borne by the customer himself.
  
  
• If your product has been personalized, we cannot accept returns as it has been handmade just for you.

Pickup in Berlin (only for selected products)
Your order is ready for pickup within 24 hours on weekdays. You will receive a notification from us when your order is ready. You can then pick it up Monday - Friday (10 am - 5 pm) - spontaneously without prior notice. We are always there!
